What if I receive a fake product?

At Efflair, we do not sell through third-party sellers. Every product is dispatched directly from our own warehouse, ensuring 100% authenticity.

There is no risk of receiving counterfeit goods. However, if you wish to verify authenticity, feel free to contact the brand’s customer support directly with product images and batch numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The product is not eligible for return after applying the coupon.
• Kindly make a video while opening the box—this is needed as per our policy.
• You request the return within 48 business hours of purchase.
• The goods are in original, unused condition and packaging.

Efflair reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please email us at cs@efflair.com with a clear statement of your request.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue refunds without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Once your return is approved and received, we will credit the refund within 5 to 10 business days, using the original payment method. No additional fees will be applied.
